I'm having some trouble with this. When I am creating the columns and rows, I'm getting an enormous amount of space between them that I can't alter. Also, should I be choosing all landscape or all portrait photos? I have a mixture of both and when I try to use the Gap tool, I'm getting some odd photo sizing. What might I be doing incorrectly?

I started out on QuarkXpress 3.0 and moved to InDesign many years ago. I never knew this feature existed until I watched this video. Thanks for making it! Cool!
