It’s genuinely painful watching you not upgrade your weapon, armour or even get the +10 damage way earlier. You could have rerolled the katana or upgraded it or even just max enchanted it to get more oomph, armour wise you at minimum could have max enchanted it with a proper setup, traded for prot V or even just upgraded it to netherite. Your fun to watch but you barely get anything done, which is a bit frustrating to watch. Maybe next time you could do a little research and set a few goals, like by day 10 get diamond armour, day twenty a good enchant setup day thirty max enchant and day fourty resource gathering and then going boss by boss every ten days so you can prep and search?
