My hair is now past my waist and very healthy. I have not used direct heat on my hair in over 40 years. I have not even used indirect heat on my hair in 15 years. However, on my 2 years healthy haircare journey I am going to do a roller set seran wrap. That will be the first time I am using indirect heat on my hair since the early 2000s.

I am 18 months into my healthy haircare journey. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been. I texlax my hair by under processing it. My hair is now past my waist. I didn't start with a length check. But my hair was about shoulder length when I started. Now it is past my waist.

I think the method could work if your hair is really short and you have a very specific hair texture I think the thickness of your braids also matters. If only this could work for all braids😂

I took down my braids yesterday after having them in for 1 month and 2 days . My daughter said that they still look good which they did , but it was time to take them down, she did a good job . Kids helped me so it took 2 and half hours.
