does it need to sink down the hands deliberately ?
@OsteopathicClinicalSkills15 күн бұрын
Thanks for asking! You can apply varying levels of pressure, starting with lighter pressure then a bit more as long as it does not cause significant discomfort. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the great video you've made. If you want to manip L2 extended RlSl, the correct position would be lying on the right side with dragging the right arm caudally?

For your ribs HVLA video, I just wanted to know, for the inhalation dysfunctions, are you trying to move inferiorly with your thrust to allow for the ribs to depress and for the exhalation dysfunctions are you trying to move superiorly with your thrust to allow for the ribs to elevate? It was not clear in the video, and it does not permit comments. Thank you for all of your videos. A ribs counterstrain one would also be very helpful if you ever got the chance/ wanted to do one

What technique might a DO use if someone has dislocated two (opposite) ribs, and now one is much higher than the other? T_T ER, the nurse pretending to by my physician, and all the ultrasound places around are all too staggeringly dim to even verbally acknowledge there's even a problem let alone to have heard of dynamic ultrasound, and are all gaslighting me super hard (I'll circle back to them after I find professionals who can at least act professional even if they can't themselves help me). T_T Waiting many more months (its been over a year) to see a DO. The first one was dislocated during a wrestling match when I literally was... using my same side arm to attempt to move someone who did not move, while simultaneously twisting my body, I think what I intended was inward / same direction as the force I was applying, but I guess one was weaker or something and ended up twisting opposite ways. It's possible I have more core strength than arm.
