Not allowed to tell pricing per the manufacturer. That’s standard on with all manufacturers. And even if I could I wouldn’t. It’s 2024 and you are looking at a video years old. The pricing has likely changed 12 times since the video was made

Really torn whether to get the starmount or hp dish for my van roof. Can’t find a definitive answer online about whether or not the starmount setup has the same ability to connect at high speeds as the hp dish, some reports claim it can but not sure. What has your experience been/which would you go with if you were me?

I have found the regular dish in the StarMount does everything I need to do but I don’t do anything that really requires true high speed. I’ve honestly barely used the in motion dish honestly.

@@tylerwilkins1646 thanks for sharing!!! Do you have any worries about water intrusion or anything with the starmount? I’m thinking since it consumes so much less power of going with that, just a bit nervous to cut the dish open

@@rachel7550 Def not. The starmount is a well built, well designed system. I’m not saying it couldn’t happen but I don’t have any reason to suspect that or be concerned. The power consumption is a major difference. I now have a 12V flat version which eliminates the need to run my inverter, it runs directly off my house battery. Love it

@@tylerwilkins1646 that’s awesome… thankfully my delta pro has ac output built in so stuff I plug into the 12v part of it uses the same power as the ac side, but the all in one looks nice for the fact you don’t need the modem anymore lol. I’d be tempted to put loctite or caulking around the screws which is where I’ve seen a few posts that water has intruded. Did you bolt it down or how do you have it mounted?

My dad bought this car for $1500 back in 2003 and gave this car to my grandpa after the loss of my grandmother may she rest in peace, all it needed was a paint job everything else was in solid shape, my grandpa then eventually got with somebody else, after 6 years of my grandpa saying it was getting “painted” we then realized that he was lying about it being painted, my dad got onto him one night and my grandpa kept denying it saying “I don’t know” when he asked if they sold the cougar, we still yet to hear the real truth or get an apology about it, so sad such a beautiful car.

2:47 the optional table floor mounts should be flush with the deck and sturdy plastic cover for the holes. to keep the dirt out. when not in use.. IMHO that's a tripping issue.

It can vary, but usually buyer and buyers agent. Sellers agent, usually not seller. And surveyor. Possibly a hired captain as well if sellers agent isn’t able or willing to drive the vessel.
