I totally understand where you're coming from! HOA fees can vary quite a bit depending on the amenities offered.

It's case by case but sometimes they will not include it. I've seen it go both ways.

The Avery plan is available within the same master-planned community of Enclave, though it's not currently modeled. Is this a floor plan you're interested in? While the community does fall under a flight path, it's quite a distance from the airport, so planes will be at a higher altitude by the time they pass over.

I get it! Pricing has definitely increased, but there are still options out there with more upgrades if you’re looking for something beyond the builder grade finishes. It’s all about finding the right fit!

@@RamiroFregosoyeah I get that but to get these to look nice one would have to add another $30-40k …. So close to $400k for a townhouse that’s 13-1400 sq ft is crazy! Then u add HOA fees that will only go up !!! Wow 😮
