on old patches you are able to do some glitches you cant on the latest, this is obsolete as we've actually found a ton of new stuff, the game is beatable in its entirety without double jump now the glitches used in this video are 1) rope storage, where you can store the x coordinate of the rope and climb above it, which is patched and 2) low grav, where you can grapple into a hazard and climb the wall right as you respawn to have the climbing velocity added to your height forever and 3) hazard abuse, where you're able to hit a hazard and cancel the respawn with a dash so you can briefly have invincibility

You cant reach it without monarch wings. You can only do so with wallcling storage tho, but its against the rules to use WCS skips without required items

This bug is called wallcling storage. It makes the game think you are on a wall even after moving, hence the air dashing and double jumps without monarch wings. Idk the mechanics behind it, but its pretty much frame perfect and cant be utilized by humans. Tho you could do it yourself accidentaly in your playthrough
