If you're the one operating the vehicle....in most cases of my understanding (people will comment saying my understanding doesn't know the law) you have to identify. Just not passengers. Which most cops harass passengers too even though they aren't required to identify themselves. Maybe it is just my state I'm thinking about...but don't plan on leaving my state so other states I'm not too educated on. Study YOUR state's laws, people.

Good ole Hamilton Co lmao, dirt balls. 7 of their sheriff beat the shit out of me on the side of the road March 2023. In front of my, at the time, 5 year old daughter. Had to go to the hospital before they hauled me to jail. Said i resisted arrest and caused bodily injury to a LEO but i was the one with a concussion and could barely walk. Literally my whole body was bruised. After they finally booked me in and got me to the block i had to put my mat on the floor because i physically couldnt climb onto my bunk. The jail refused to let me have my clothes and i sat in the drunk tank in boxers and wife beater for 18 hours before they finally took me to the block. Love Hamilton County Indiana.
