How does it handle timezones with 30min offset such as India, South Australia, etc?

I had same Watch and i tried everything what you did. Unfortunately watch doesn‘t change to ATH to UTC. I need Berlin time. It does not get Radio because of UTC time either. What could it be reason?

I left this watch in my closet for like 3-4 years (maybe more). Took it to a jewelry store and they said just keep it in the sun to charge. It’s been in the sun a bit but nothing is happening. I hate daylight savings time. My skyhawk always gives me problems. I've set daylight savings to OFF and the digital clock is correct but the hour and minute hands are still one hour ahead. Does it update during the 3am period when it receives the new radio signal?
