VV here: Yuk! They all live on top of each other: concrete jungle, hardly any vegetation, probably hear your neighbors snoring at night, no parking for more than 3 other cars……no thank you. I love my house on Kauai!

5:10 that moss rock wall was built when the property was built by a Filipino guy in 1965. I know because my parents had that house built. The retaining wall was also built by that same Filipino guy. I could tell you a funny curious story about that retaining wall…

Can I suggest something? I would have someone take the video professionally and edit professionally because you would get a lot more people interested. Take it or leave it, but that is my feeling. Honestly - have a pretty smart Woman take it -- then some College kid edit it. It wouldn't cost you that much, but it would catch the eye's of a lot more people & those would forward the video to more people -- that's what you want -- exposure!!!! I would fix the place up more (owner) the door knob, outch!!! the old pink tile - yuk! It looks like a 1970's dark hole - honestly -- just giving you my honest feeling.

Property is Haunted. A little girl disappeared in 1932. Evertine they have new owners the girl is seen. And she keeps hauting them in their sleep. Until they’re so sleep deprived they loose their mind. Buy the house….if you dare.

BS😅 I lived in that house for 6+ years... Never once saw a little girl. None of the tenants that lived there ever once told us of a little girl haunting the place🤣 Cool BS story you made up there tho.💯 My parents owned that property for 35+ years. We did find a skull next door when it used to be a field. Right after Hurricane Iwa washed away a bunch of soil back in 82'

This means every time someone searches for [specific keyword], their channel appear, but yours doesn’t. As a result, you’re missing out on valuable opportunities.

That house has been there since 1965 survived 2 hurricanes and a major fire… I know because my parents had that house built 6 years before I was born.

@@GreggsonWong that’s great but times have changed and we are getting more and more extreme weather. Some of the house in the north shore I’m sure survived multiple hurricanes too, it doesn’t change the fact that they are now falling into the ocean.

@@tim6247 The houses that are falling into the ocean on the North Shore are literally built on sand. None of those North Shore houses had any retaining wall whatsoever. I know for a fact, that Makaha beach house retaining wall is built on solid rock. Wall has been there for 60+ years (before that house was built) and has yet to fall in the ocean. I’m just giving you straight facts, not conjecture.

Whoa, my parents owned that very property for 35+ years. They sold it for $1M back in 2000. 1st $1M property sale on the westside. It was in Hawaiian hands. My dad was 75% Hawaiian 25% Chinese and mom was 50/50 Hawaiian Chinese. Wish they never sold that house…

That’s a nice house BUT that side of the island is always traffic. And if there’s an accident they closed the road because only one way in and one way out…… I think if you are retired and hardly drive around then this is a perfect house for you.. Aloha 🤙🏽

@@jeffhanh7221that’s if you work at the McDonald’s, Jack, KFC or Tamura like you said….. Most of career service jobs are in town(Honolulu) which is 20-30 minutes if no traffic. But if there’s traffic it will take 2-3 hours lol…. That’s why it is good if you are retired. No need drive out of Nanakuli. One way in one way out….

Hi, Good question, I have been many places around the island of Oahu, with my actual visited, this is like a bay and it is not affect by accretion or erosion relatively affect by global warming (I maybe wrong) about sea level rise we have to wait and see maybe a little as you can tell. But I don't mind to live here for the next 10 yrs. This is good deal.😍👌

That first neighborhood looked like one in Hawaii Kai, but it’s actually Aina Haina. And that last neighborhood was Kahala. It’s crazy how quickly one can recognize the areas even after a 30 years of being on the mainland. Still beautiful.
