I am old as fuck, I have seen Yes! in concert at least 10 times, and I love JoJo.

This is This Who’s best ever live version of Young Man Blues, even over Leeds. Townshend’s guitar playing is monstrous.

When I first experimented with grass, I would set up East-West on the turntable, lie on the floor, place the speakers from my sound system on either side of my head and become one with the music. Still have the album and the CD. Memorable moments! Thanks for this!

If you would lock me in let's say for 1 week and play all the time this song/music I would either shoot me or the record player. If you'd play the previous Pink Floyd I'd stay for another week.....this music made me nervous and still makes me nervous after 50 years of listening again. Can't tell you why can't get warm w/it. Btw And you and I ok.....As a lover of the previous Vangelis music I accepted Jon Anderson's voice on the 1st record. The solo LP of the drummer Alan White I bought and it was ok. But as a group I couldn't do anything with the music.....Gentle Giant e.g.was ok!

1972 I was a sophomore in high school. YES was the opening act for Jethro Tull at Wildwood NJ Convention Hall. We went to see Tull but YES stole the show. Pretty much haven’t missed a tour since then. (That doesn’t include the current imposters who masquerade as YES.)

Jerry Miller is a Tacoma Washington Icon. He told me a funny story when I told him I was collecting concert posters. Jerry and Moby Grape were living in S.F. and he, being with Moby Grape got on every mailing list there was. Sometimes he'd get a dozen posters a week for all the shows around town. Hw had a couple piles on a table in his front room. Not thinking, one day, he borrowed the neighbors wheelbarrow and hauled them to the dumpster.

This audio is better than most recorded rock music today, with no computers or digital effects. 4 musicians miked properly going into a board mix on tape, soon to be 54 years later. If you didn't get to see Mountain, at least you can listen to them. If you did, your hair is still getting blown back, even if you don't have any anymore. There weren't many guitarists and bass players that could sing and play live and sound this good. There still aren't.

Im 22. Listening to this through my headphones on my laptop. Ive been listening to lots of progressive rock as of late. Grew up with Pink Floyd and King Crimson but this album somehow slipped through the cracks. Really sat through the whole thing last night with my headphones and the lights turned off. Words really do fail me to describe the transcendent feeling I felt listening to this album. It was absolutely exhilarating, otherworldly. It was like a powerful light was guiding me into the sky, a peaceful and warm fire that was regal and commanding, something that loves with a infinite presence, that periodically drops me back down onto earth to face the depths of this worlds chaos and pain. Really wonderful stuff.
