Good skill & awareness, obviously needs to hit the gym. But the pace of the ball when he makes those passes need to be a lot more aggressive if he wants to get to that next level.

He's ready physically was as well. Only needs to get used to speed of the game, understanding when to pass first time and when to carry. But this only comes with playing 1st team games. A 6 month Loan to the championship should do tbh.
