Just flew a 757 into Jackson hole WY..... Flying in we had the Tetons to our right with a beautiful sunset. Amazing :)

14:20 That MD-11 was in helicopter mode. (I'm always shocked at how little runway they need to get off the ground.)

absolutely gorgeous! love the views of the plane's shadow! (also the fact that the climb-out went pretty much right over my house in Burnsville) ◡̈

What a beautiful plane, the A350 is absolutely an amazing machine. Fun fact, the wings are built in Wales in the UK.

you dont really know how big the plane is until you see it in real life

That and up close. Scale is super hard to perceive until you’re right up next to one.

Being from San Diego, I can assure you that SAN is a MUCH better city to visit than Hell-A. San Diego is a more conservative city. As such, you will see that MOST of the folks you encounter have much better behavior. Hell-A is full of gangs, drugs and crazies who have such boring lives they create stupid new completely artificial identities, including false sexual orientations, hideous skin ink, piercings and bad behaviour along with the ever-present entitlement attitudes. Yes, Hell-A has nice views-FROM AFAR! It won’t be long until the mayor has to generate "poop maps," where it is legal, as it is in San Fran, to take a crap IN PUBLIC. If you disagree with my statements, please stay away from MY hometown! We don’t need any more dirt-we get enough of that coming across the border. 😊

what is this " ground point niner " thing i keep hearing? what does that mean?
@twincitiesaviator12 күн бұрын
Ground frequencies are 121.X, with the X being another digit. So, because the only variable in the frequency handoff is the last digit, they just say “contact ground point niner” or “monitor point niner” etc because the 121 is a given.
@tryste_mx8 күн бұрын
"point niner" being .9 for those new to the lingo altogether, so the frequency is 121.9

jokes aside, when i look at the Northern Lights like that, i can't help but think of Psalms 19 verse 1 that says " The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky above proclaims His handiwork. " ESV
