@@cytron8787 yes both left handed. Actually, better way of asking the question. When it comes to disassembly, after you've removed one nut, how would you remove the other nut? The remaining nut would turn the axle - how would you keep the axle still to undo the remaining nut?

@@author722 I remove the first nut , after that I remove the shaft then holding it on the lathe chuck so I can remove the other one what ever come first , usually the front one because the nut at the turbine side it's getting hot and then it stacks a bit more than the front one 🙂.

Getting any micro turbine to self sustain on just gaseous Propane is an achievement. Propane in gaseous form is very low in calorific energy compared to say Kerosine. Its really just a pre heater for fuel vapourisers...🤔😳😏🇬🇧

Stainless Steel is not very good for a Turbine wheel. The centrifugal loads and gas temperatures will weaken it. Then theres the constant heat cycling....Inconel is what you should be using..... Same for the NGV section too. Inconel for the vapouriser tubes and Chamber components also....🤔😏🇬🇧

I mean thrust angle please thank you
@cytron8787
@cytron8787 Жыл бұрын
I think it's around 25 - 30 degrees at the exit, in general too steep angle its good for turbo shaft not for thrust , also makes the engine start easier , but the compressor may stall or surge too early, the opposite happens if it's too shallow, the engine have more thrust it runs hotter and it's harder to start. One good way to understand this is to imagine that every gap between the blades it is a thrust nozzle, smaller gap = more thrust(meaning more thrust to rotate the shaft not move the engine forward) - but it's harder too push air into , opposite happens wen the gap is big.

look into the pokeys57E flight simulator cockpit build with 4 flat screen monitor windows and online connectivity with 10 servo axis to wire the onboard flight controller have to have an onboard computer to opperate it, on the jet and in the cockpit you'd have to have both pokeys connected via internet and then fly the plane via the cockpit. and what would be cool is to have your own airforce on your property with programed flight plan with auto refuling. then you'd have one of a kind invention.
