Hi, this recipe looks awesome! Should the coconut oil be refined or unrefined? Also how much garlic-ginger paste to use? 1tbsp? It's missing from the ingredients list. Thanks!

Hi Chris. I have used cold pressed undefined coconut oil. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste was added for marination. Thanks for letting me know, I have added it to the description. Also use only whole dry Kashmiri chilli for this recipe. Thanks for watching.
