Surely the O 404 coaches used by SAPTCO would be V8, not only the Travego with twin exhaust pipes ? If only 6-cylinder engine then there should only be 1 big pipe instead...unless this Travego in the video had the exhaust changed from standard specs ? Assuming nothing modified from the standard German factory specs then a Travego seen with twin exhaust pipes would logically be the V8 version ?? Most Travego are 6 cylinders only so these as such only come with 1 pipe ?

All travegos owned by SAPTCO have dual exhaust outlets.

Do you have audio recordings of their engine sound ? I like to hear it in order to figure out if those are V8 or in-line 6 engines ?

From noting the design, details & finishing standards, this certainly appears to me to be an ORIGINAL i.e. 'real' Mercedes-Benz Travego coach with V8 engine imported CBU from Germany ?? Nowadays this seems the closest to the classic coach the O 404, when the use of V-type engines is standard equipment ! Good to know there still exists operators in this world like SAPTCO who know how to acquire real proper standard coaches like these ! In comparision, all those in-line 6 cylinder (only) coaches or bus-chassi with sub-standard 3rd party bodywork which are found all over the world...simply do not measure up to the same ultimate standard of class of travel as this ! (it's like once having driven a V8 car you don't want to downgrade to some in-line 6 or lesser engined car !) Probably the only 'improvement' i'll prefer on this V8 coach is it should have been specified with 3 seat a row instead of the standard 4 seats layout. It would be good to see some Singaporean or Malaysian operator also deploy coaches of this class...but seems unfortunately they still have 'not arrived' yet (if ever at all) to this standard as this Saudi Arabian operator ?
