You can use soapy water or Xpel Gel. In order to clean and decontaminate properly that panels you can use some soft brushes then panel wipe down with alcohol or glass cleaner 👍🏼

@@Carttitude Thank you for the detail response. FYI - I do get bird dropping off ASAP; in fact, I keep a bottle of water and quick shine in the car's truck. Unfortunately, I can't sit next to my car 24X7. I do not know the worth of PPF if I have to add ceramic. If that is the case, then I should just have done the ceramic. I had the car ('21 BMW M5) shipped directly from the dealer to the PPF installer. Last, the car is garage kept

Thanks for your comment. If these panels are not protected, yes, you're right... they scratch very easily. But from an aesthetic point of view, they have their purpose and look very good. They just need to be properly protected and any stress disappears.

We wouldn't recommend taking a heat gun to your PPF. Slightly over warm water normally makes scratches disappear with (Xpel PPF) We can't comment on cheaper inferior products.
