I would assume it would be the same, if the only changes are the voice line files and not actual code changes.

@@crystalpixel4599 I thought so too, but then I tried the existing gecko codes out there and they don't work. Things like ammo, health etc just to test.

@@crystalpixel4599 Okay us codes do work. Thanks! This mod is honestly amazing. Is the function to switch characters from another mode or something? Also do you know the address for the different slots to add borgs? I only found a code for the final slot.

@@PassionWagonYT There was some functionality unused in the game to switch a borg out of battle (hence all the switching animations, and the hud element), but it required a lot of changes in order to have it behave as somebody would expect it to as a finished feature somewhat, as you might be able to judge by the size of the codes. I'm not really sure what you mean by an address for a borg slot sorry. Maybe it's worth joining the Gotcha Force Fan Discord server for easier communication?, it has a few other people who sometimes talk about the game also.

That was really cool. I just completed the challenge myself with a few upgrades. My strat was to bomb the two large Bulblaxes on the top level with the same bomb.

Trying to play the whole game without using gear or upgrades now (although you have to get fire upgrades to 100% hero’s hideaway) and I wasn’t even sure this was possible without upgrades, good job

It's strange since you need the fire equipment to enter there, but you can de-equip it once you're inside anyway iirc, unlike Oatchi's upgrades which are permanent. It's been a while so I can't quite remember.

I imagine it'd be applying the code changes to the executable, and rebuilding the iso, and then burning that onto a disc somehow. But I wouldn't know how to do that sorry.

You use the analogue sticks or shoulder buttons to hit them, with the default input bindings. I strongly recommend you join the official Discord of the game for update info, as the game receives tweaks and fixes pretty regularly.

The rng makes it more tedious than it needs to be, but it's not very strict. Between the Waterwraith, the Blowhogs, and the game's finicky nature in general though, it can definitely be frustrating at times just waiting for a possible attempt to come about.

Yeah, each boost you do adds to the fuel that maintains the fire coming out of the back of the kart. There's different tiers of fire that exist, which you get from certain boost pads or other means, but the rule is the same to just keep it alive with boosts to maintain that speed.
