Legitimately the best volley fight in Haikyuu. Out of all the final volleys, this one will always hit the hardest.

seeing the show's audio synced up with the manga panels really helped me realize how well they adapted the show. truly incredible

s2 & s3 Haikyuu is just peak sport anime in terms of direction and technical quality in general
The magic feeling of being stunned by that rally and then realising I will get to play that amazing sport today. I'm so glad to be alive

technically speaking, this is oikawa’s zero/minus tempo pass, as iwaizumi hits it dead on (he even exclaims it in his head). outside of oikawa and miya atsumu, akaashi is the other setter to hit an impromptu zero tempo set mid-match built-different setters
@VaskoKasko3 ай бұрын
Doesn't the hitter have to jump before the set for it to be a minus tempo? Iwaizumi was still on the ground when Oikawa threw his whole bussy into that set. Looked more like a 2nd tempo tbh, maybe even 3rd.
@Untitled_Slugger2 ай бұрын
Minus tempo is about speed not accuracy. Iwa would have had to jump before the ball even reached oikawas hands.

Insane edit. The line streaks on balls when they are hit add soo much power in manga. This is completely missing in anime.
Hello, i'm a french content creator and inwant to make a huge video of Haikyū, what use you of software for making this edit ? Have you tips for making a good edit ?
@HydroFilmsProduction7 ай бұрын
I used Photoshop to edit the panels, add text, and for mouth flaps. I then used After Effects for everything else. Such as key framing positioning for the panels, or adding jitter. If you're looking to do your own manga edits like this, I then recommend learning photoshop and perhaps editing everything in After Effects.

i'm kinda confuse about Nishnoya place he was at the bench with others but is shown again after kageyama did his perfect step*
@HydroFilmsProduction7 ай бұрын
Haha nice catch! You're the first one to notice or at least comment about it lol. In the actual chapter there really isn't a panel for that original animation shown in the anime with Kageyama running up to the ball. Though there was a panel later on the deeper chapters that seem to fit the bill that I used!

I watched this maybe a 100 times.... sooooo good. Moree please
Never seen the manga, but just from these panels. I definitely think the anime stepped it up! Don't get me wrong, this is amazing. The anime with the music, pacing framing and composing it all together, such as when Oikawa crashes into the table and gets up with the wide shot of him sprinting back, is a better emphasis on the rush than in the manga!

This is so fucking good. If the anime wasn't as good as it was this would be the video I constantly come back to for this scene. Even if the inspiration for a lot of this edit was from the anime, you executed it so incredibly well.
