Hands down the best method for making a crane! This method follows all the others until at 4:45 when he folds the "flat sides" over onto themselves creating the two "ears" at the top. After he folds the bottoms up, he does the same kind of fold at 5:25. After he pulls down the wings, he's set up to pull out the head and tail perfectly! This is a game changer compared to the struggle I've had with other methods. Thanks. A thousand times, thanks! :-)

Thank you for such an easy to follow video! I used to make DOZENS of these things back when I was a bored, child under 10. I tried making one from memory today at almost 37, I WAS SO LOST!!!! Halfway through your video I discovered my mistake, but this was certainly a humbling experience lol. Going to work on making 1000 this year and make a wish!

At the 5:25 part, you have to actually push the piece he is lifting up inside.

Thank you! This was very easy to follow. I wanted to make these for my pet who has been bored and likes paper. He wasn’t impressed 😂but I’m still happy I was able to do it. Maybe we’ll try another shape next.
