Loove those M-100's. Murphy's Diesel in Arizona recently got one from Lynch. The only thing is why does his only have a 90 gallon fuuel tank.

Love the M-100. I guess you got the version without the undereach. Wrecker Rick from Murphy's Diesel has an M-100 with an undereach. Is the single 90 gallon fuel tank for cutting weight? Rick said it took him 50 pit stops for fuel from Lynch Trucks to his yard in Arizona.

its got no underlift or as we say in canada ,wheelift. whats the point. u can only do heavy recoveries, if ur other heavies are busy and ur the only one on scene and u need to tow tractor trailer what are u going to do. i know it might be to heavy to tow anything but its always good to have an underlift

Any particular reason you’d prefer the 18 speed over an Allison rds4700 (7 speed automatic)? I can understand if it was a manual, but you got the auto-shift. If you’re going that route, why not go with the Allison?

Eaton is the only mfg. offering an 18-sp., they've never made an automatic.
