So the biggest of the big 4 state run auto makers in China has Android Auto and Apple Carplay but one of the largest private automakers in China(Geely) doesnt offer it? Yeah Geely has no excuses for making cars without it. On the Aeolous, I saw this car(the non hybrid version)and I absolutly love the looks inside and out, its leaps and bounds above Haval and thats saying something.

The trick with the CVT is you slowly push the throttle in, if you floor it from the start it hesitates and slips. Don't floor it to start. If you slowly, as in push your foot part way down till it starts moving, then floor it, you'll see around 10 seconds 0-100 kph. By flooring it like you're doing, you'll lose at least three seconds as the CVT spins without biting, then it will slip when it first starts, hence your long acceleration times. Think of it like how commercial pilots take off in Airbus jets, they don't slam the throttles to the wall when they accelerate, they push the throttles forward in a linear, controlled way. That's how you deal with a CVT when you want it to perform it's best. Subaru CVTs act the same way.
