You can tell by the views on this videos and how long they’ve been up. Not a lot of people care about mental health for men. It’s actually very sad. But personally, I want to thank you brother for bringing awareness to this topic that nobody likes to talk about and a lot of people don’t think is a reality for many men, including myself. I just overcamea few mental difficulties this past month so from the bottom of my heart I truly appreciate what you are doing, brother. I will be here on the journey with you watching every step!

Great too see him explain what we were taught in the Dutch army about the way a bullet flys. I was in the same school bataljon in Oirschot as Anton and seeing him on KZbin so many years later is crazy but really cool.
