Jesus started one church - that's for sure! But it wasn't called the Roman Catholic Church. That name didn't exist until 1208 A.D. Also, I'm not sure what this comment has to do with the video?

A person loaned me the CD's of Kenneth Hagin's preaching. I returned them to her. I'm sure there is some way you could get a hold of his CD's or at least get a hold of Kenneth Hagin's personal testimony of being bedfast as a child and God healed him.

These subtitles are NOT NEEDED, and are SUPER distracting from the message. Subtitles are meant for non english videos.

Yup, deaf people don’t exist, don’t do outreach to them. Definitely don’t use subtitles.

The HIGH POINT of church participation in the US was in the1950s--why? Because of 2 wars, a massive economic disruption, and then the presence of The Red Scare and McCarthyism all in the early 20th century. You Christians want to believe that everybody all the time went to church here and that IS NOT born out by the records. It went from roughly 40% church membership pre-WWII to 90% or so in the 1950s. Then it began to trickle back down. The trope of what was going on in 1940 - OH, you mean when these things were hidden away, shushed away, pregnant girls sent off to live other places to come back surprisingly un-pregnant a year later. That we have better measurement now means we are able to see more and there's more awareness through media and the internet than the Mayberry paper once a week. ONE generation fled TO church to relieve uncertainty AND to escape their neighbors turning them in as godless commies. You're not seeing the trends because you REFUSE TO LOOK. Here's the ACTUAL sermon you should be hearing: If you Christians were 90+% of the country, exactly HOW did it go to hell in YOUR generation? Again, facts tell the story. Countries on this planet which are the most secular (Nordics plus Netherlands) are happier, more prosperous, have better health metrics, are better educated, and by all accounts less violent. The MOST religious countries such as those in South America and the Middle East are torn by crime and violence, are in chaos economically and socially, and are teetering on the edge. By their fruits, y'all.

Let J know that being barefoot got me in trouble when I was young. I dropped a glass on my big toe while I was washing dishes! I split the toe and rode to the ER squeezing it shut with a towel. Mom told me that I had to wear shoes from then on while doing dishes. God bless you all.

I am thankful for what my mom taught me. Those skills are with me to this day and help me to oversee her care now as we begin the sixth year of her living in skilled nursing. God knew what it would take for me to endure and some of that is exactly what she taught me so many years ago.
