What are the ingredients? Have you studied the synergistic effects of combining all your ingredients into one injection on babies? Let me answer that, NO. Not even in med school.

"Pop" !!! ... In my last 15 years of practice.. never ever felt it. Only heard ppl describing it. High time such inappropriate connotations be replaced with something more appropriate and meaningful

I went to Temple Hospital for labored breathing, muscle weakness, stuffy, runny nose & a few other symptoms (probably Covid). First thing, they get me in the door and the... " *Dead. From. The. Neck. Up.* " ...security guard tells me what I can & can't take into the hospital & that they may or may not hold it for me till I get discharged. Which told me right there that I should have stayed home & died... I get in & I think that the first thing that these idiots would do is give me a Covid test. They didn't give me one for more than 24 hours after I entered the hospital; that test eventually came back negative. I asked why they wouldn't just give me one right away & that was never explained. Another indication that I should have stayed home and died. They gave me a bunch other tests for the fifteen other things that it could have been, same thing. And they did a bunch of other tests, blood work, x-rays, chest exams, etc., & everything was either negative or inconclusive. They said that my breathing was very labored, so they had me on a breathing apparatus, two different kinds, actually. The first one was very draconian, it was like a medieval torture device. Even with W-ever-TF that was inside my chest giving me such breathing problems, that medieval torture device actually made it more difficult to breathe. And it dried my mouth making me parched for water. I begged them for water and at first they said no, eventually they said a little bit in a cup. It got to a point where I was getting out of bed to refill the cup & some a-hole came in yelling at me because I didn't want to die of thirst... His excuse was that the air from the medieval torture device mixed with the water can make sick & I can throw up & die if it were to go into my lungs. I told him to give me a bucket & I'll lie on my side. And he gave me an attitude problem as if I was the bad guy for not wanting to die of thirst. This was more proof, as if I needed it that I should have stayed the hell home. And all that was in the first room that they had me in. No bathroom, tiny sink. It was like a scene from a bad movie. Eventually, they got me into a real room with an actual bathroom, which is where I spent most of my time for the time that I was there. The second breathing apparatus was not much better; but, it was a little better - less draconian. And it actually helped my breathing a tiny bit. The doctors & nurses that I dealt with, at least for the most part, all had an attitude of..."Just smack'em, he'll feel better - you'll feel better, too!" They seemed completely disinterested in helping the patients get better; me at least. It was all an assembly line..."Squeeze'em in, pump'em out! Squeeze'em in, pump'em out! Squeeze'em in, punp'em out!" The biggest & most disgusting insult came right after I was discharged. They told me that they were making a scrip for me, which they would send down to their pharmacy and that I should pick it up before leaving the hospital. They kept asking me if I knew where the pharmacy was; I did not. So, they said that they'd send over someone with a wheelchair & they'd take me over. So, wheelchair girl shows up & takes me to this worthless pharmacy... We get there. It's 4:30pm on a Friday. The sign on the door says that they close at 6pm on Fridays. They're closed! The apathetic wheelchair girl who acts about as clueless as anyone has ever acted clueless. Ever. I asked her why wouldn't they tell you that they are closed so that you wouldn't have to waste your time and she acts all offended that I even asked her the question, talking about..."Maybe the nurses; but, not me, they wouldn't tell me." And then I asked her..."Why wouldn't they tell the nurses so that the information would filter around and that she would get the information, so that she wouldn't have to go on a wild goose chase?" She said she didn't know. I should have stayed home and died!

3 weeks ago I went to the ER for abdominal pain. It was really bad abdominal pain with severe nausea and some tenderness and guarding. I refused pain meds because they often don't work for me when I have abdominal pain. Most often when I have abdominal pain, it is menstrual cramps and these only respond well to 1 medication and that is mydol. I have noticed that even if I throw up the mydol, the pain relief still gets to my uterus and stops the cramps. Other pain medications don't do a thing for menstrual cramps. But anyway, I refused pain medication for hours. I was NPO. I came in too dehydrated to urinate so I was put on IV fluids. Lots of doctors listened to my heart, lungs, and bowels and they also felt my abdomen to know where the pain was and asked me about the pain. The pain was in the right lower quadrant and gently pressing around the umbilicus worsened the pain. It felt like an ache at a 6(like a muscle injury almost but it was deeper than the muscle) and it occasionally spiked up to an 8. For hours, they didn't do anything except IV fluids, physical to know where the pain was, asking me about the pain level, and auscultation. I came to the ER 2 weeks before with severe cramping and no bleeding and they did an ultrasound both of my pelvic organs and of the appendix and it showed nothing abnormal. The pain went away the next day and then several days later I got menstrual cramps and then no pain. Then, 2 weeks after I went to the ER for severe cramping, I had abdominal pain with severe nausea that would not go away after I slept(ovulation pain and nausea always goes away with sleep for me so it was more than just ovulation) At about 10:00 PM, they did a CT scan with IV contrast. This showed early tip appendicitis and a single cyst on my right ovary. They gave me IV antibiotics for the appendicitis. At this point, I finally said yes to pain medication and I took that along with my phenobarbital(phenobarbital is the only anti-seizure medication that works for me). I only drank 2 oz of gatorade to take my pain medication which was perfect. The pain medication didn't do anything. So around 3:00 AM, I was given an injection of morphine for the pain. About 5 hours later I started sweating all over and I didn't have a fever, the blanket wasn't making me overheated, and the room wasn't too hot. It was a cold sweat and the nurse said that this is typical for appendicitis and I got transported down to surgery. I asked 1 of the doctors how long it would be before I could swim or do abdominal exercises and the doctor said that I could swim in a week and that I could do abdominal exercises in 1-2 weeks. I remember in the OR breathing in some anesthetic and sensing the bright lights even though my eyes were closed and hearing the surgeons talk about the protocol for laparoscopic appendectomy. I woke up from the anesthetic at around 11:30 AM and the surgeons were a bit worried before about me waking up so late after a short surgery but once I woke up, they weren't worried. I was given IV fluids with extra potassium. I don't know why though since my blood potassium was normal. They put a catheter in me because I had a full bladder that I could not relieve pre-op. They took it out after the surgery and I could urinate normally again. But yeah, only morphine helped with the abdominal pain. Tylenol and ibuprofen didn't help. And I never had to call for the nurse. I think I was one of their most patient patients.

Is fluid like the uncomfortable or painful? At times I get access fluid that leaks out from my urinary tract or what seems that come the vaginal entrance. Just clear excessive fluid that floods out especially during my period.

how do you compare 1 month survival with ROSC. Obviously without ROSC there is no survival at all. So ROSC is the only end point that matters.

is albumin infusion is necessary for draining of fluid in ascited
@Saadrbutt7 жыл бұрын
albumin is controversial. usually given if 5L or more is removed.
@robertaa88913 жыл бұрын
Albumin can be required to - prevent/limit new accumulation of abd fluid (it often tends to be back, depending on the cause behind it) - prevent hemodynamic problems( helps you maintain a good blood pressure as it claims that fluid as a normal part of the blood, preventing its “ escape” elsewhere) - improves outcomes in cirrhotics
