Phytic acid works to bind minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium to name a few, during digestion thus decreasing the bioavailability of minerals due to them being bonded together in a big clump instead of evenly distributed throughout the food you have consumed and also making them more difficult to excrete. Sprouting beans is a way to tremendously reduce phytic acid content.

So dangerous eat uncooked lentils! I have done that receipt and afterwards I got the first time in my life an gout arthritis attac, and afterwards I read how dangerous uncooked lentils are! Don't do that receipt! It's toxic. Lentils need to be cooked and the cooked water thrown away because there are dangerous toxins in.

How does someone contact you? I sent 3 emails to you but no response. I used the email address that you listed in your YT channel. I wanted to ask about your course. So disappointed.

Hi, I think it's a bit misleading and incorrect to say ; "They are not good to eat after 4 days of sprouting'' - it sounds like they automatically become inedible which is not true. They are perfectly edible after day 6, but they taste slightly different. Other than that your video is great.

I've heard that one needs to quit coffee 7 days straight during each month in order to preserve your bodies neuroreceptors ability to function properly. The cat is so adorable.

So.... There is nothing "wrong" with eating RAW sprouted chickpeas? The first comment on "Google answers" says to NEVER eat raw chickpeas or other legumes. I always sprout them. But then I cook them for a few seconds/minutes. I've not tried them raw before.

okg, I feel like the bad guy now, but please please don't use a gym bottle or the like for nose flushing. Choose something of a natural material like cheramic , they don't have microplastics and are also easier to disinfect afterwards (hard to do with thise gym bottles, esp. with the top parts that aren't even).
@cluelessangel52923 ай бұрын
you need to add actually a lot more eater to that ACV, otherwise it may hurt your larynx if you drink that regularly not diluted enough and will harm your teeth (use a straw, too. Don't drink it just like that)

BOIL 👏🏻THE👏🏻WATER👏🏻‼️‼️‼️ before using the netty pot! You may catch an amobea reaching the brain, which can be deadly (I'm not making this up, google it y'all). But you van also catch any other infection. Bioled or distilled water. Period.

I made the bread today , I make similar bread with psyllium husk , I didn’t knead the bread I didn’t add extra flour , I poured just like a banana bread would be . I didn’t use the corn flour it’s GMO I don’t like it , I added more buckwheat no vinegar pretty simple it came out perfectly . This is for breakfast didn’t feel having Balsamic in my bread . Thy is very versatile , it would be nice to add olives , rosemary and sun dried tomatoes for a savory bread next time . Thank you !

Thank you guys for both this and the lentil pizza recipee, my GF is gluten intolerant and I'm vegan so this is indeed amazing. To anyone wondering: for the crust I only use the two cups of chickpea flour, salt and 1 1/4 cups of water and it tastes great already.
