Those decorations at the restaurant are lanterns, for Lantern/Mooncake Festival that usually takes place around that time. Thanks for the videos! I’m really enjoying them❤

ohhhhhh thank you for the info, i was wondering what they were. If they were for the seasonal things, i thought i would have seen similar things in some other places but i didn’t so it kept me in wonder. 💭 They looked so cute and dreamy 💜
That was not potato, that was 淮山 (山葯). The dish is cslled 雞扎, Chicken Rolled by peeled Yam. I thought that you took taxi to HK station, then took subway express to the airport.....You guys suddenly changed your mind ! 🤣

@@LOVEPORTTRAVEL the Yamcha restaurant used to be my breakfast place in the past! I went to the 元祖店 at willington Street called 蓮香樓。I went there at 6 or 7 in the morning for breakfast before I started working when I lived in Sheung Wan and Happy Valley before.

@mingwaischan ahhhhhh! Someone told me that there’s another 蓮香樓, the main branch. The one I went to got different name now due to the change of the owner. My hubby and I were saying we should check the one in Wellington St next time we are there. It’s fascinating watching people enjoying their own morning time, people in HK are hard working and busy, like keep going going going, but at 飲茶, they take so much time, eating slow, just enjoying. I love that. 🫶
