Hi Jordan, wonderful and valuable video. Thank you so much! I just subscribed. I’m in the very beginnings of this and learning about SMMA. I have a basic question: if my service is Facebook Advertising (which is what I plan on beginning with), is it typical for me or the client to pay for the ads? In this video, based on what you said, it seems that I would pay for the ad spend with part of the fee that I’m charging the client when you were talking about profit margins. However, I have also heard that the client’s fee they’re paying you is separate from their own ad spend budget, which is used to pay for ads even though you are the one optimizing and running the ads. Is this true? Thank you very much for your time and knowledge!

For clients, separate your fees from the ad spend. For example, you charge $1000 to manage facebook ads, and the client spends $2500 on ads. The $1000 goes to you. $2500 is charged directly to the client's credit card in their ad account.
