Chris is cracking me up about how he'd never make it in today's tech advanced society. CCTV, Location Data and Search History are making it more difficult to beat the system but criminals always find some way, eventually.

Combined Statement and Investigative Report - Petito-Laundrie Incident Moab Utah Police Website City of Moab Utah Statement On Investigative Review of Aug. 12 Petito-Laundrie Incident "After a formal complaint was filed with the Moab City Police Department, an independent law enforcement agency has completed a thorough review of the August 12, 2021 domestic violence incident involving Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie. The independent agency’s investigative report finds that the officers who responded to the incident made several unintentional mistakes that stemmed from the fact that officers failed to cite Ms. Petito for domestic violence. The City acknowledges that this finding may raise questions, and the issue is examined extensively in the investigative report. The report recommends improvements to both the policies and the training of the Moab City Police Department. These recommendations include: providing additional training in domestic violence investigation, as well as additional legal training to ensure officers understand state laws and statutes; conducting an overall policy review; conducting a software review; and strengthening the review process for incident reports. The investigative report also finds that a statement was never obtained from the original 911 caller, and recommends that be done to make the incident report more complete. The City intends to implement the report’s recommendations. Based on the report’s findings, the City of Moab believes our officers showed kindness, respect and empathy in their handling of this incident. As the Moab City Police Department continues its daily mission to serve our community, efforts are underway to provide additional resources and tools to assist them in addressing domestic violence incidents. Plans are in place to add a trained domestic violence specialist to oversee incidents investigated by Moab officers. We also will implement added and ongoing training and testing to ensure that the officers understand policies and procedures. The City of Moab sends our sincere condolences to the Petito family. Our hearts go out to them as they continue to deal with the tragic loss of their daughter." From Combined Statement and Investigative Report - Petito-Laundrie Incident - Moab Utah Police Website

She was unarmed and posed no threat and that dirty MF drew his gun, aimed and shot her in the neck. Living with her death is the least of that pricks worries. He's hiding for a very good reason.

@@joepoole4620 Until she said Gabby I didn't know either. I wish people would realize they need some context when they clip. I believe the qualification for being a police officer shobe a 4 year degree with a minor in psychology. Many police officers only have a high school diploma. I really believe this is a huge reason that we have so many violations that have led to tragedies.

Mistakes : 1 - declaration "gun free zone" . Over here defenseless targets. 2 - allowing any reduction of penalty , defendant's attorney claiming diminished capacity. 3 - min. Life no pos. of parole. Should be automatic death penalty after conviction. 4 - ALL staff willing should be trained by State police , and allowed to carry. Any that qualify 5% extra pay. 5 - qualified immunity - staff that kill active shooter. 6 - penalize any staff that ignore blatant signs of brewing problems. Usually because they just want to avoid "drama". 7 - tenured are getting good pay. Some now are brazenly only interested in the pay. Don't fulfill primary job of teaching subjects, let alone secondary role of inspiring, directing, preparing . Those there just for the pay should be kicked to the curb, and replaced. Difficulty in shagging bad teachers is a down side to unions. This must change. 8 - 1-2 counselors per school, grossly understaffed, leading to problems missed.

What is more mysterious is that shirt. 🤔 you're in England where rugby is...but it says Arizona??? Anyways...you all lost your rights to question our freedom 250 something plus years ago. It's not for you to understand. Concentrate on why you let your royal court trounce your freedom while playing butt grab with Epstien. That's a real issue. Guns are only an issue here when they are trying to distract the multitude on how much they are robbing us of our taxes. We have way too many problems to be worried about British question of our policy. I suppose it works nice for the Royal family to be protected by Guns...but you can't protect yourself with them.

I was edited the first time, #2, There will always be mass killings, tootsie in Africa used machete’s, kill millions, britan had mass kill there own people by government. Ask around. The Indians mass kill people when this country was started (no guns) guns and a organize government kill 1,000 . Single people do just as good, most times not that high. WTT- 911 look what that did. You don’t need guns pipes, rocks, gas, chemicals, a big SUV, fentanyl in city water supply, run into a crowd big SUV, during slavery constant killings, know what happens when a slave gets a gun . It was bad. American Indian look at them, they were butchered, and guns were kept away also. Mass killings how to stop that let the people be armed, the left only idea ban guns, that’s been there only idea. And the crime only gets worse, the logical idea arm people, keeping people away from guns is like only seeing a elephant once every 20 years it seams awesome. But for the guy that feeds it every day ( be careful) just another day.Germany if citizen’s were armed, let them fight a 1,000 year civil war that would be better than what the death camps did. We as Americans must be ready for a war with our government seems very likely. They are pushing for it. Joe says you need F15s and warheads .if the arms needed to win a war with a mechanized army are lock away. A gun is the key to that valt. It’s not the guns, gas, chemicals, rocks, pipes,SUV, none of these things kill anybody. Only one thing(the condition of the heart) read Martin Luther king.if they get there way talking about guns could mean imprisonment. They will say and do anything, so we will to, they are the evil ones throwing you out into society with a cop that’s miles away to come help you. No thanks to a un gun society, I’ll be packing and free.

Such bs. I like how you slid that static that it's "a white man crime" without indulging us with those "statistic" numbers. It's a pretty ass way of keeping white men down and hated. Good job white lady being paid to say this bs. More people die each year from tripping and falling than gun deaths. I'm sure we can blame that one on mental health as well, as well as the suicide numbers. Those don't count for you people, do they? Just the ones we have Civil Rights blocking your agendas. smfh

He had a gun that was loaded with real ammunition and either pulled the trigger or released the hammer. He says he didn't pull the trigger, but he pulled back the hammer on a single action. If you release it too quickly it will fire the gun. So his fault. The law doesn't exclude stupid. The FBI said they shot the gun several times and it went off once by "accident" that's bullshit they are being paid off. FbI is so corrupt its not even funny. He pulled back the hammer, and released it that's just as bad as pulling the trigger.

Shut up woman, a man used a loaded gun, pointed it, and pulled the trigger! Any other man doing this and you want them brought to justice. Am I right? Accident or not, he pulled the trigger of the gun that he pointed at her, and a woman died! I have handled guns since I was 11, and you never hope a gun is empty. You make damn sure it is if you are pointing it in play! I have pointed loaded weapons at people and had every right to use it, but I didn't! The gun this clown used was real and felt real! The way it works is you pull the hammer back and pull the trigger to shoot it. That gun would not go off if he didn't pull the trigger! He lied and said it did, and that will be proven impossible in court! That's why he has been charged, and your ignorance of the law does not matter! If it was your daughter dead, you wouldn't be saying the same crap! I suggest you sit down and shut up, like the Bible says you should. Leave man's work to men, you woman have ruined the world with this gay crap!

Better check your facts, he & the armorer we're supposed to check the gun! That's where the manslaughter charges come in & an innocent mother was killed. On top of that he did an interview & he lied about it! All he's worried about is losing his money!! Your point of view is so shallow.
