The majority of the rural properties in Bihar are paternal. It is not transferred to all members. Many r not even registered properly. Although payments r made for it. This is going to be big trouble. The government is willing to snatch it. Trouble is willingly invited to the Target caste. Never try to push in the corner because it has it's own painful response. Do the corrections before implementing. Justice to the owners of land is a must. Many many do not have money or ways to do the paper work. Should tell little bit about lack of good University higher education college etc. Upto school level it's good but not beyond that. Development is mainly focused on business and professional mindset but not for next generation. Government planned roads industrial area but did not focus on education for next generation.
