How will there ever be true healing, unless there is true reconciliation and restitution? The Lord Jesus Christ requires restitution. This is a well known concept in the Hebrew faith, which we practice today. Zacchaeus and Ahab are cases in point. Zacchaeus, when he met The Lord, immediately addressed the restitution issue: Luke 19:8 And Zacchaeus stood and said to the Lord, .... "And if I have defrauded anyone of anything, I restore it fourfold.”" 1 Kings 21:19 And you shall say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD, “Have you killed and also taken possession?”’ And you shall say to him, ‘Thus says the LORD: “In the place where dogs licked up the blood of Naboth shall dogs lick your own blood.”’” The price of material restitution is so costly and requires return and vacation of lands. The only other solution is unqualified forgiveness by indigenous nations. Power of healing lies with the first nations, but is the other side humble enough ask for, and do what is necessary? Professing followers of Christ must trully separate themselves from the ideology of colonialism and the entitlements that come from it else, before God, we are guilty of the sins of our fathers: Matthew 23:34-35 Therefore I send you prophets and wise men and scribes, some of whom you will kill and crucify, and some you will flog in your synagogues and persecute from town to town, so that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah the son of Barachiah, whom you murdered between the sanctuary and the altar.

There have been Jews that have been killed as well and as God's chosen people that He made a promise to, have equal footing in the sins that they have committed and equally the atrocities committed against them as a group.

Actually the church is useless to help somebody who commits adultery. All they do is say oh jesus forgives you and that really just lets them off the hook . They treat the sinner, the way they should be treating the person who is sinned against with lots of forgiveness and acceptance. They have no accountability for evildoers. And if you tried to hold evildoers accountable, they get mad at you.

Made decades ago as a mix tape for my preteen niece, and since recreated and expanded here on KZbin, I've found this mix tape and playlist surprisingly spiritual.
