As a kid in the 1950s Cromer beach was golden sand. Beach erosion hardly a new thing.

I no it’s just speeded up in the process recently with the big storms high winds rain ect 👍

The floating lighthouse is a Musium. Inside it's a near copy of Radio Caroline when it was a pirate radio station. It's only a few pounds to see inside. There's a lot of history there. Ha Penny was the cost of the ferry hence the name. Happy New Year mate.

I think the capture of that 2lb plus roach on a Norfolk upper river should not be underestimated by any angler irrespective of their ability or knowledge, after all how many other videos are there from other upper rivers in the area, not many that I'm aware of. Well done that man👍

Hi there , yes 2lb roach exsist and bigger, it’s just finding them . Put the 100’s of hours in ect ect .

The Victorians,after seeing Roman "ruins" liked putting up faux ruins in the gardens.fountains n all that.some times they'd appropriate real bits of roman stuff.like colloms or real flooring.

Great day out at Cromer, thanks Carl ! 👍 wasn't expecting to be just riding shotgun underneath the hot sun ! The rock comes from Glensanda quarry, located in west Scotland. Glensanda grows high grade granite. Bet you thought I was going to say Cromer rock with Cromer written all the way through it. Cheers 🍻

The light house is rentable as well as the coast guard station. At certain times of the year they do a tour of just the lighthouse bit where you can go up to the top. The cliffs are chalk and carstone/sandstone, rich in iron ore which makes it orange. The shipwreck is the Sheraton Steam Trawler, you can google it, there is a lot of history about it, been there since the 40's. The noisy birds with orange beaks are Oyster catchers, the smaller brown and white ones are Turnstones. Different types of gulls and plovers are on the cliffs. The tall white building next to the swimming pool is new on the site of the old Kit Kat club, not sure anyone is in it yet. The sun is almost setting in the south west this time of the year too. Only the two Wash Monsters are used now, but the third does come out on special occasions, think its the oldest one.

Who’s paying for this
@WFAEXPLOREWITHMEАй бұрын
Hi there , the project is funded by multiple people including,the environment agency, north Norfolk district council, Mundesley council . The environment agency is paying for most of it costing 25 million with what’s planned.

They've even damaged the sea defence concrete wall by putting those rocks in place. And I even saw it with my own eyes, and heard it with my own ears, and felt it with my own body. The chips & cracks will speak for themselves. Until they got nothing left to speak for, or about!!!!.🤔🧐😢 take care y'all.

The rocks will eventually sink into the sand as it's like a washing machine waring out the sediment below it probably eating underneath the piling and concrete, it will accelerate damage at the end of the rock piling moving the problem along further...

Hi there , we shall have to see over the winter , I will film there in one of the big storms we get with massive wave and see how it all fairs up 👍
