Fabulous video Mark - love the change of speed on some of the flowing water footage, looks so dreamy - can I ask how you achieve that ?
@natureflixs1 Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much. The speed change is done buy splitting the clip, adding a motion blur filter in my editing software, then a dissolve between the two to make it look seamless.

Awesome… were you using autofocus or manual with the Olympus macro lens?

Autofocus on,.

@@natureflixs1 Thanks for the reply... I have Laowa 50mm f/2.8 2x ultra macro which is manual only and great for stills... but if the GH6 works that well with the AF on the Olympus 60mm macro for video I may have to get that lens too... I am guessing you were using a tripod or you have the most steady hands ever... Were you using ND filters at all...

I love the Chattahoochee National Forest! I’ve been hunting over 50 years! Biggest buck (rack and weight) I’ve ever harvested was taken there. Got a bear too! Many good memories camping and hunting there! Thanks for sharing.

Thank goodness for the antiquities Act that allows our presidents to preserve land for future generations. Alabama gave this land to the government to keep forever for future generations. While these pictures were great, floating down the river and seeing this canyon first hand is the real thing. I like winter better when you can see the rocks and caves all the way down to Canyon Mouth Park.

seeing the canyon from the water in a kayak in the winter is awesome. With the leaves gone, you can see all of the rock outcroppings and creeks throughout the canyon. Beautiful and quiet.

Stills are improved over the GH5. Particularly shooting at higher ISO and better image quality.

Ecxellent footage Mark in contrast to what all “experts” and superb KZbinrs and 43rumours geniuses state…. You prove that the GH 6 is very capable hands Thanks for the lovely footage 👌 Not a video man here so I hope for a G9 mkII 📸😉

Nice shot! What lens did you use for this? The clarity of the entire fly is impressive for macro work.

This was shot at 1/60, f8 with an Olympus 60mm macro and pixel to pixel on in camera for more magnification.

So sad the Ocoee Whitewater Center burned down this spring. I for one am curious what ATF will determine. It seems too convenient regarding the timing of the fire and how quickly the structure burned.

Mr. Mark, Thank you for making these videos. You use to have all the Georgia's waterfalls in one long video. Do you still have it available? I would love to purchase a copy of that video if available. John

Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it. Sadly I am sold out of the GA Waterfalls DVD and do not plan to have anymore. You might want to check with the Anna Ruby Falls visitor center in Helen, GA. They bought out the last of my inventory.

Wonderful. Captures the sweet essence of this place. Heading there today to memorialize our Quincy. A big white lab who nearly lost his mind in ecstasy the first time we took him there.
