That is a nice 1 bedroom apartment. You gotta do what’s best for you and your kids. But here in Va nobody can rent a 1 bedroom with 3 ppl, you would have to get a 2 bedroom apartment

Right where the dinning room table is thats a great place to a full sized bed for yourself. Where you can stretch out and the kids don't have to feel bad or you feel deprived curling up in the couch . Right next to fire place you can move the toy car etc and put a small round table by the window with 3 chairs. Then move the bench and table back out on the lanai. If you need a curtain or blinds for privacy where you would put the FULL SIZE , not a queen size bed. Everyone can be comfortable and doing well emotionally

Did I see only 2 beds??? The apartment looks fabulous to me . I would put the kids in the one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Or 1 bunk and 1 twin bed. You have a great place. Actually if you did have 2 bunk beds that would be beds for 4 people!!!!!! It works or a pull out couch is perfect. I love decorating and making things cozy….It even has a washer and dryer!!!! You are very lucky!!!!!

Your Section 8 has a great layout from the stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and bedroom. I have a tiny one bedroom apartment, not on Section 8 Program with the old fashioned style white refrigerator, a toy strove and a very small kid size bedroom , You are blessed with the help of Section 8
