Out of having the doorbell, it has been working about a year total. I am a senior and I don’t have the skills to find out what the problem is, I’ve called, but so far it’s still not working, I didn’t understand the visual help.

The guy that came out to install our system failed to tell us that we had to change the battery out of the sensor. I didn't even know that scissor head batteries. I went to the web site after one of the went dead and set the alarm off while I was in the house It's scared the crap out of me. One battery was 1999 with text it was $21.39 and I said absolutely not. I went to Amazon and got my batteries a 6 pack of the same batteries that go in the sensors for $14.99 that was a good deal. Always look elsewhere for what you need.

These guys are liars. They told me 12 month contract and it turns out there is only 36 month and 60 month. Who does contracts anymore unless they are shady. Now I am going to have to fight to get the 800$ back I paid up front.

just got mine today but my ADT base is like table top cylinder. not the one shown here. mine runs on Cell service with ADT and WiFi is a backup option.
