Well I am from Bowie and I have to say it's one of the last nice communities left in PG county. With that being said this place is not worth 600k it's way too small. I don't see anything special about this and it's too small to say it luxury. Final point is you have to be careful paying a lot of money for something in PG county. Most people do not want to live in that area because the school system sucks! The best places to live in Maryland is Howard, Ann Arundel or Montogomery county

I hope that if Kamala gets in office, she puts a stop to these builders constantly putting these overpriced townhouses and overcrowded subdivisions, and brings more ideal single family detached homes that are priced at reasonable amounts. I’m tired of these townhomes that you can stretch your hand out the window and touch your next door neighbors house. Enough is enough. And when you do find a decent home detached, the asking price is $600K and up. It’s ridiculous! 😠

Brookland is known as the Catholic corner of DC. There were Caholic grade schools and high schools named for St. Anthony. There is Catholic University and Trinity College (now Trinity Washington University). There is the National Shrine as you covered and not to far away is the a Franciscan Monastery.,and of course there is the St Anthony’s Church. I served as an altar boy for that church and went to St Anthony’s grade school for eight years.
