This is honestly one of my favorite dances from this show, ever. Makenzie was clearly up to the level of freaking Jackob, who is also one of the best dancers on this show. I wish she'd had a bit more compelling dances before this one. I think she would've gone farther. Still, stunning and very memorable.

i couldn't watch because there was no sound, i just skipped through to see if Ade and Mellissa routines with there, and of course Twitch, I forget the other male dancer that I loved to watch, too...but, I totally disagree with your choices...i go back to watch some of these sometimes, and none of these are what I like to watch...it's all about a person's opinions...facts has nothing to do with it...

Jakob was one of my all-time favorite male dancers on this program. Aside from his insanely phenomenal sense of rhythm, he was also superb in partnering skills (which is often overlooked in comments) since most of his partners (except for Kathryn) were taller than him. I couldn't find out what he's doing now, but he (& Alex Wong) were two exceptional dancers. I often felt that when Jakob was competing, he had to hold down his skill level (until he was paired with Kathryn) to match his women partners. This was a fantastic program: a lot (!) depends on whether the dancers are given really good choreography and right choice of music, and I've seen some lost "points" because the choreography was so mediocre.

Ok, no more Ella Fitzgerald remixes please. Also, her poor shoes, those red lines on the floor after that first slide hurt my sole.

I just adore this dance. She and Jacob are incredible together. Sadly, Makenzie and Jenna were on the chopping block this night and she went home. It was absolutely tragic. Could she be any more gorgeous? Holy hell.

3 years later and I still think this is Allison's most iconic dance on sytycd. She's had so many outstanding performances, but this is one that no one else could perform as well. I genuinely believe there is NO ONE who can put that much power in each movement. Such a queen.

I have watched all 13 seasons of STYCD (Let's face it, Nobody saw Next Gen.) So it is not always easy to remember most of the contestants that were in the top 20 in the past, especially if they don't come back as all-stars. I would always remember Mckenzie for this routine. One of my top 5 of season 10.

Weak list but at least it didn't include the kiddos.
