My issue with loaning these youngsters is yes they are getting "minutes" but they are learning how to fit into another clubs style of play not our own. It feels like our academy needs a reboot so the players are being schooled in the way we play now so they have more chance of transitioning. KRO

What's most frustrating for me is that our winning run was against supposedly 'better' teams, then faltering against teams lower in the league - appreciate it's wip and we havent lost since Charlton but we need to step it up KRO

Tough as it is to say the Paik Iwata pairing lacks creativity. Yes they're great at winning the ball, keeping the ball and completing passes but they don't unlock teams that well. Personally I'd play Paik or Iwata in the middle with Leonard or Harris rotating the four to keep energy high and create real competition.

The crowd isn't helping ,we don't sing unless we are winning as we are so nervous. If we sang for even a third of that time the players would play better and feel more confident, its proven psychologically.

One way to break teams down is to actually shoot when chances arise. Most teams this season are putting 10 men behind the ball, there is very little space in the box due to the sheer number of players in there. Take a shot, test the keeper, get deflections, corners and ricochets. We need variety in attack, we're getting a bit predictable.

After 13 games CD has the same record as Pep Guardiola in his first season at Man City. And Pep inherited a successful team comprising world class players!…… Looking at the bigger picture things are going really well. The team will iron out their flaws and overcome the challenges they’re facing. So let’s all keep a sense of perspective. KRO!

Agree with everything Ryan said. Everyone will play a back 5 against our front 5 particularly at St Andrews. They'll all play for the draw. You'd be mad not to. The only thing we can do is move the ball more quickly. And cut out the defensive mistakes since we give up very few chances. We could be a bit more direct with our crossing rather than trying to get cut backs from the by-line into 9 centre backs. But 9 times out of 10 we'd have won Saturday.

Think people are forgetting that Blues are the only League One team that have only lost 1 league game all season. I think we need to close teams down earlier in matches but we'll get there.

I think Ryan is spot on. Sanderson didn’t make a clear decision and consequently fouled up. I think that reflects he is not a first choice centre back. He needed to do his job. Iwata made a mistake and again I agree he is doing his job but was harshly punished for his sloppy play. On balance the centre half must be decisive. Overall Blues didn’t do a lot wrong and but for a mistake it would have been a 1:0 win. And that would have been fine 🤷‍♂️. KRO

Sick of hearing about possession, Wrexham one of the lowest in that department. You can have 9.99 of possession but if you've not had a shot on goal you wont score bar a own goal.

A third of the season has gone & I feel lessons are not being learned about how the opposition are stifling our attack. Charlton, Lincoln, Mansfield, Bolton & now Northampton, Blues dominated possession in every game but had the same or perhaps one more shot on goal that the opposition. On Saturday we had 80% possession, 50 plus touches in the area, but just three shots on target same as Northampton, a team beaten by non-league Kettering the previous week. It's becoming all a bit Spursy, nice football but lacking an end result. Somehow CD's tactics have blunted the most prolific scorer in the league, May. It seems Blues have spent £25M plus to show great possession stats. Despite that spend we're not scoring enough, look how Wycombe are doing, & seem incapable of defending a one goal lead; Sanderson is a liability. The team is supposed to be gelling & progressing but the last two games against teams at either end of the table we seem to have regressed. CD needs to have a major re-think over the international break.

All possession means nothing if you cannot score, been the same all season. Need to improve or this season could become very difficult😩I am afraid that has been coming most of our wins have been very close and edgy. Tiredness what a load of rubbish, defending without the ball is much more tiring

The may and Stanno together isn’t working. It’s having an impact on Williamson too. Almost not getting the best out of him. Davies was screaming at dykes Saturday to come across for the throw in at the end, there is about 4-5 phases of play in the build up to there goal. However you look at it Saturday wasn’t good enough, first half was really poor. KRO

My concern is that of Chris Davies replicating Ange Postecoglue. This Spursy type of winning games is at best fairly good- but not brutal enough to put to bed League One teams. Two wingers per game less 20% possession is my take on all this. Direct style has to be the way. Securing games by early second half has to be the minimum. Tippy tappy footy not going to cut in especially with the harsh winter months approaching.

Blues were able to get around the packed defence, but seem to be lacking sharpness. I don't think playing both Stansfield and May is doing us any favours! We don't look as solid when Beilik is in defence compared with Davies or Sanderson partnering Klarer. We perhaps needs to give Beilik freedom to roam a little.

The ref was the issue with Sutton, you have someone competent and we would have had a couple, they were literally holding /pulling players constantly, diving for penalties, the crowd shouting made that ref panic and give stuff that wasn't happening. He and all other refs need to be fined if they are this stupid. So far there has been maybe one decent ref this season. KRO

I thought Blues were so professional against Sutton. The patience and accuracy of their passing game is technically so good. I admire the way they are playing football now. The Sutton team played to a plan which was to keep the score down and avoid embarrassment. They showed us tremendous respect. The ground and pitch were a challenge; so respect to Blues for the result. As an aside the strikers need to start bagging goals . . in the league. Goals change games and take the pressure off the guys behind. At the moment it feels like there is too much pressure on the midfielders! KRO
