Meg how do I work out my salt intake and water intake for myself for the day?

Start by having a gram a meal, and about 4-5 litres a day. If you get a good pump and no cramps you're good if you don't you probably need to add a tad more salt and lil more water but just do it a bit at a time to find your sweet spot
