Unfortunately, neon pedestrian signals are not doing well in Northern California and that’s probably why they replaced it with countdowns. The walk signal always turns green because of very cold weather and the hand turns blackish red.

Near my old elementary school, which is Braer elementary school. There are also some pedestrian signals with Wilcox sales APS and also Novax aps but the one Wilcox sales APS making the chirp tone did break recently and has been replaced with a Novax aps and the NOVAX was originally replacing the Wilcox sales cause all of those other ones did break and I was like out of all of the four ones this is the only Wilcox sales APS, but that did get replaced so I’m guessing they will have to set up new pedestrian buttons Polara ins if all of the speakers on the pedestrian signals do break. Unfortunately, those are actually overhead speakers, but they don’t have a voice lock signal on you, but I’m assuming they should have it in the future.

This is Bakersfield where Stockdale crosses over to brundidge and that's the 58 on route from the 99 freeway you will be heading East on the 58th Stockdale that's where weibel crosses over to oak

This intersection is located at North Chester Avenue and Roberts Lane. One of the pedestrain buttons in 2020 was replaced with a EN2/EN4 Legacy button, all of the other buttons are still old N2/N4s.

I live in NYC and this is a huge problem here, so the NYPD has started ticketing drivers with $100 irrevocable tickets for parking on standing in bike lanes.
