You guys said you've been to the Star for many years. Haven't you noticed that a majority of them are smug land arrogant af? The "hospitality" from them are atrocious. Whenever something goes wrong, they rarely apologise but instead ask patrons to be patient, as if somehow it's your fault of coming to casino to cause them trouble. Most of the long-timer employees there act like they are the best out there - no matter what they dish out, people will always come back. In reality, just look at Crown, majority of the front end staff are 1000% better than those at the Star, in terms of hospitality, friendiness, and people skills. Like a sick or ill person, you would never go find treatment in the hope of getting beter, improved or be cured IF YOU NEVER OWN UP TO THE FACT SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT YOU ARE SICK OR SUFFER FROM AN ILLNESS, be it physical ailment or mental illness like schizophrenia. The staff there really need to wake up and start realising they are NOT the best, they are barely acceptable - its the first step and the only way before any substantial change in culture ever gonna happen at that arrogant place.
