So I pre-ordered it months in advance, like you did, back in July after I saw it in theaters and noticed the pre-order. I of course was checking on it when it started getting close to the release date, and expected them to ship it that Friday before the release date, like they've usually been doing, but they didn't. The weekend went by and I noticed that the whole time they aren't changing the placeholder release date, some date in 2025, to the actual release date and it stays that way until the actual release date comes, so the shipment for my order isn't going to the preparing part of the tracking bar, and thus still hasn't been shipped to me and I'm not sure when it ever will. I check again that night and now they've changed the release date to the actual release date, but still they aren't preparing my order to ship. I decide to check to see if I can just order it again, but pick it up from the store and it says I can. So I put in the store pick up order, but it's too late at night to pick up, so they say I can pick it up the next day. The next day, they say it's ready to pick to up, so I went and picked it up. And my pre-order, my first order, still never shipped, so I canceled that one and am not sure if that one would have ever shipped. So, I guess it is pretty pointless to pre-order from them when you don't even know if they'll ever ship it. I'm so glad and lucky I was able to order it easily enough from my local Walmart for pickup and got it that way at least. ☺️ I'm glad you were able to get a copy too even though what you had to go through beforehand was ridiculous. These are Wal-Mart exclusive, and they can't even put it in their stores. Wal-Mart is not equip to handle physical media by themselves.

I remember I first saw this video along with your digibook unboxings for Peter Pan, Sleeping Beauty, 101 Dalmatians, and Little Mermaid during my Fall of 2021 semester, alongside J-Blu Rays’ unboxing of the Peanuts Holiday VHS collection. Very nice! I preordered the Wolverine one with Walmart and then I found a better deal with the deep discount website so I ordered it there and canceled with Walmart. Still no idea when it’s shipping but I’m excited for it after seeing your video! My Twisters steelbook arrived yesterday through Walmart. It’s a nice one as well.

This must've been a US release with a new deal with Paramount because I have this set for about a year now from the UK. I got the Chatterer version. I think the UK got a re-release of this too, making my edition not so limited anymore (though I guess it's the first run version). The book is just an expanded version of what we got on the Scarlett Box Set. There was another box set that was released in the UK after the box set I got with each film having their own cases called the Tetrology Box Set. It's basically the same set but without the book & outer packaging. If they release that version in the US I'll get that version.
