Bronze idea. Did heimer's ult E get a buff lately because i have been getting a lot of use out of it in team fights laltely. As support the last couple games I went the mask that has ult cool down first just so I can spam ult stuns during fights and ganks. It must be one of the longest range stuns in the game right?

With the chroma, at least it looks like a new skin, it's acceptable. Without that, it's just classic heimerdinger. Other than that, skill animations look crisp.

Should be free like the arcane cait and just a rework for the base skin. Ill stick to my dragon heimer, beedinger, breaking bad heimer, mars attacks heimer, and snowman heimer. All free from just playing the game. Will not buy this new skin.
