Very cool catch. Best guess is equipment from the 4th Battalion 3rd Air Defense Artillery Regiment (4-3 ADA) (Patriot Missile) @ Fort Sill, OK. They had completed a deployment in January of 2023 as part of Operation Enduring Freedom - Spartan Shield in the United Arab Emirates. My most likely guess is the equipment is heading to Letterkenny Army Depot in PA for heavy repair or upgrade.

!!NO!! CHALLENGER IS 4-6-6-4 like Union Pacific 3985 and other sisters; now 3985 is being rebuilt in Silvis, Illinois. but C&O 1309 IS : 2-6-6-2, Articulated Compound Mallet!! 👍 ok!!
