Appreciate the video, but maybe you should rename it? Door panel removal rather than regulator. Looking for a regulator video, guess I could have saved myself 8 min & skipped to the last 10sec, since that was the only time the regulator was mentioned. But thanks anyway.

The tpi just plugs in like normal and the hei works off power and ground the outside of the cap should say what’s what I think the left is power right ground and ones for the tach sorry been busy with holidays but that’s all I did I can make another video when I get home for you

You use the tps sensor kit from Holley, and you attached the purple, or pink with white stripe wire to the tach position on the hei distributor. This allows the computer to see rpm which helps it shift the transmission. I also used the power wire from the stock coil to the power for the hei.

@@Tacuache602 No your best bet is to buy a 650 holley double pump with the electric choke, this is the one I purchased. Part# 0-76650RD and here is the TBI kit for the TPS PART# 534-202 . just follow the instructions. its not that bad just make sure their is no fuel over your distributor or anything, and get it how you want it and you should be good to go.

How does the TPS work with the carb. Is there a place for them to connect? Or an adapter?

Theirs a little plate that adapts to the carb on the electronic choke, and that’s how it sees your throttle position off the little pedal. It swoops down when you give it gas and turns the tps inside.
