This is filmed right after an accident happened...the tow truck on the left side of the screen was removing one vehicle from the scene at the beginning of the video, and there were other vehicles that couldn't move because of the accident, so the video looked more chaotic than it normally is.

American Capitalism* *brought to you by France during the revolutionary war.... I find it so forward thinking and mindful that you are assessing a counties people and political outlook based on a short video of an intersection. Your analytical skills are quite amazing. Sorry, sarcasm...your a total moron.

It's not the water, well, you see water on the left side, but in the middle, it has no water in there. That was a tsunami tide before it hits, and imagine the beach you see on the map, a tiny, yellow line.

Not true, a child can have the wisdom of an elder, but an elder could have wasted their life and learned nothing. No child is born bright or stupid it is what they learn : Stupid Adults=Stupid Children. Teenagers are what you should be ashamed of, they lost most innocence and blab about stupid things to make them seem hard-core. Now, you on the other hand, stop confusing yourself as a god of wisdom. Don't speak about others with no sign of wisdom to show through your actions.
