The effective way is that, the 24 hour economy should come from the digital economy. The 24 hour economy can be very effective if we implement the digital economy well. The 24 hour economy can be done now, but the efficient way is to implement it on the wings of digital economy. When Ghana starts this, we need to implement digital punch in time system. This is where the blue economy comes in. 24 hour and blue economy are twins. One cannot work well without the other.
