When did the revolutionary war end, it wasn't in 1776 I don't think, because you hear of battles after that date for a few years?

England used to be different countries back in medieval times, it was only a few hundred yeas ago we became the unied kingdom. Even Cornwall and Devon want recognition as a country. The is an interesting island on the south coast that used to be a city state a little like the Vatican but only an island, like thee is one in France too. Great video by the way.

An old blacksmith, traditional crafts like this are kept alive by artisans like this. Nice too see the skills kept alive. It's amazing what people like that can churn out. There is not as many of them these days. I went to York cathedral a few months ago. They have a dedicated teem maintaining the church there. They even have their own police force, they were really nice!

Awesome, did you know that tank might be made from Tungsten? Tanks thses days are no longer made from steel, but Tungsten. The plane is probably made from aluminium 7075 alloy, it's strong but light.

Well I'm impressed, if these were made from hand they show some real skill. I couldn't do that, I would have to learn. This obviously took years to master. I heard somewhere someone made a spider silk dress!!!!

Awesome, an old Persian galleon. I've always love ancient Persia, my favourite culture of ye old. I have a bag of pre Islamic Persian soldiers in my collection. I have been to the Viking museum in Oslo and the one in York, they sell battle axe bitter beer there.

Nice pice of history, Scoots BBQ sounds good! I always like to read the plaques in museums on places of interest when I come across them. I grew up going to historic sites and events with English heritage that my parents are members of. I also remember taking my late maternal grandfather to the war museum and he got special permission to look around an old WWII bomber.
