The light is delayed for one car because the drivers have dialed in their cars to the time it will run. Therefore the slower car leaves first and the faster car leaves at the time difference between the dialed in time written on the side window of the car. It then becomes an “even” race between two different vehicles. If all went 100% for both cars and they ran the time they wrote down and had identical reaction times they would effectively cross the finish line at the same time.

Just don't get the opti spark wet, and nothing bad will happen unless you treat the car like crap. It made near 500hp stock without the fuel limiters too! The power to weight ratio is insane on the car.

If you are taking about Pittsburgh, I think that it's my favorite city in the Midwest or Northeast Region. It is just really nice and so much more interesting than other cities near it.
