چه جالب بود روشتون، کاش یه توضیح هم میگذاشتید. یعنی نمک و حرارت جوشیدن دیگه نمیخواد؟ بعد کجا نگه میدارید؟ فریزر؟
@RuralGirlTales4 ай бұрын
@@m.mehrmohamadi سلام.

I’ve seen red leafed plum trees grow on public property in the west coast so we pick them to eat and make lavashak. Very sour and a little sweet. Fun activity for the spring we just hope no one else in the neighborhood does it or we be out of plums! 😅

What was added to the medlar juice to make the sauce? And were the medlars bletted before cooking? I have juiced my medlars and was ready to make jelly, but I would love to try making that sauce.
@RuralGirlTales Жыл бұрын
Hi dear @flygrace. Thanks for visiting my channel😊 First add some water to the medlars, after boiling, hang it somewhere to take the nectar of the fruit and boil it. It's really easy. If you turn on the subtitle, you will find out the steps😊
@flygrace Жыл бұрын
@@RuralGirlTales Oh, thank you! I didn't know there were subtitles. So there's nothing added to the medlar juice, you just keep boiling it? I will try that. We add sugar to make a jelly, but I have enough nectar to try your sauce as well. Thanks! Next year I'll try the pickle with unripe medlars. We don't have golpar in the UK, so I will need to find a different spice.
@RuralGirlTales Жыл бұрын
@@flygrace happy you find the solution. You can find golpar in Persian Stores I think
